What's on my mind!
Strategic Enlightenment
Press Briefing
The Divine Mandate Worldwide and the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Benue State Chapter, wish to inform and engage the good people of the state on ongoing strategic enlightenment efforts aimed at keeping citizens well-informed on recent political developments, while strengthening democratic participation at all levels.
In recent weeks, the All Progressives Congress (APC) successfully conducted its ward, local government, state, and national conventions, culminating in the emergence of new leadership for the party. These exercises were conducted in line with democratic principles and provided an opportunity for members to actively participate in shaping the future direction of the party.
As part of our commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and grassroots engagement, we are planning to intensify public enlightenment initiatives to sensitize citizens on these political processes, their importance, and the need for active civic participation in promoting good governance and sustainable development.
We deeply commend the leadership of APC, party members, stakeholders, and the general public for their cooperation, peaceful conduct, and political maturity throughout the convention processes, which greatly contributed to their overall success.
We also reaffirm our collective commitment as leading grassroots mobilisers' organisations to foster unity, strengthening democratic values, and ensure that the voices of all citizens are heard, respected, and reflected in governance.
Thank you, and may God bless Benue State.
